Eivind
Landsvik
is
a
Norwegian
writer
and
director
based
in
Oslo,
where
he
has
been
named
one
of
his
generation's
most
promising
filmmakers.
He
started
out
making
music
videos
with
a
focus
on
storytelling
and
a
sensitive
visual
language.
This
became
his
way
into
commercials
and
fiction.
Eivind
has
developed
a
very
personal
take
on
coming-of-age
stories.
His
films
show
a
smart,
truthful
look
at
youth
through
a
carefully
crafted
art
direction
and
humorous observations.
His
short
film
Sofia,
en
sommer
(Sofia,
last
summer)
won
the
film
critic
award
at
the
Norwegian
short
film
festival
and
his
music
video
for
Boy
Pablo
-
Hey
Girl
-
was
shortlisted
at
D&AD
for
best
direction.
